12 Mrz HE Green Assessment Tool (WP2) Updates
It is with pleasure that the GET-AHED consortium announces advancements in the HE Green Assessment Tool, with the further developments of the explanatory boxes for each indicator statement. These boxes highlight explanations and descriptions to enhance the user’s ability to interpret and utilise the indicators for evaluating the higher education institutions‘ (HEI) environmental sustainability performance.
More than the development’s dedication to being grounded and aligned with the European Green Deal, GET-AHED also aims to make each indicator more comprehensive to the users. The team has continuously crafted, refined, and optimised the explanatory boxes through feedback from internal experts and pilot HEIs. Part of these actions includes a resequencing of the indicators within the HE Green Assessment tool to enhance the tool’s usability. This reorganisation of the indicators is imperative for the enhancement of the logical flow of the assessment process, thereby facilitating a more efficient and coherent user experience.
The consortium is looking forward to seeing how these updates will further HEIs to achieve their sustainability goals. With the revised HE Green Assessment Tool on the GET-AHED platform, the users will be able to find other relevant resources, such as the HE Green Champion tool, which complements the assessment with training materials that are tailored specifically to the needs of the HEIs.
