An initiative of the European Union, GET-AHED is a digital platform that will provide Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across the EU with a range of online tools to enable them to adapt to the green transition and develop whole institutional approaches to sustainability.

The platform will provide students, staff and management with three interconnected digital tools that offer self-assessment, training and examples of good practice with a focus on improving the environmental and energy sustainability of HEIs.

GET-AHED will promote the role of HEIs as key “actors of change” in the green transition and, as a digital platform, is anticipated to have a far greater reach and impact than traditional face-to-face training.
