The GET-AHED consortium partners hosted the second Associate Partner (AP) meeting on June 13, 2024, and welcomed representatives from several institutions, ministries and networks that support our project with advice but also spread the word in their respective communities. The consultive interaction between the project partners and the Associate Partners – now extended with student representatives contributing the young perspective to the project – is an important element of the GET-AHED project.

A large number of activities have taken place in all work packages over the past few months. In WP2, HE Green Assessment, the longlist of indicator statements has been finalised and is currently being discussed and evaluated by experts from the HEIs of all project partners.

In WP3, HE Green Champions, the first and second discovery phase were completed and with the help of a survey, the 6 pillars and the learning system structure were defined as the basis for HE Green Champion training. Along a set of templates for educational resources, best practice case studies, a repository of open-source resources, relevant policy information and initiatives are prepared for the GET-AHED platform.

In WP4, the review of available good practices among the partner institutions was finalised, as a next step the activities concentrate on good practices outside the consortium network and peer reviews including relevant stakeholders.

GET-AHED has meanwhile been presented on a variety of conferences and events, contacts to related projects were activated and the first newsletter was sent out. All Associate Partners were invited to spread the links to their networks
